Business Development Manager

Field Based, London predominantly, up to £40,000 basic, OTE up to £80,000

The Role
We are looking for an established Business Development Manager to join our team. This is a senior sales role with responsibility for improving Augmentas Group’s growth. Reporting to the Managing Director, this role will involve anything from sourcing new clients and developing relationships, to coming up with strategic goals (both short-term and long-term) and generating business interest through advertising, client calls, and networking.

The role is B2B, speaking to Procurement Directors/Managers, Commercial Directors / Managers, Financial, or other department heads and conveying procurement, commercial and programme consultancy services, articulating how our approach is better and how it would benefit them. The successful candidate will likely be from a consultancy or agency background, operating in the procurement/ commercial/ programme sectors, ideally in and around the public sector.

Managing Consultant
Field Based, London predominantly, £65,000 to £75,000 basic + bonus. 

The Role
We are looking for a Managing Consultant to join the team in providing excellent services to our clients. Reporting to the Managing Director, this role will involve leading or overseeing specialist consultancy projects within the UK public and private sectors.

The successful candidate will likely be from a consultancy background, having the relevant procurement and commercial expertise that this role requires as well as a broader understanding of programme management, the UK public sector and the tendering process.
